MONITORING AND REVIEW OF THIRD PARTY HR CONTRACTS. In the event that a Third Party HR Contract is not Transferred to Exult Supplier or administered by Exult Supplier, the parties, through the Regional Governance Panel, shall continue to monitor the Third Party HR Contract and work towards integrating Exult Supplier into the relationship with the third party with a view to Transferring the Third Party HR Contract or its administration to Exult Supplier when the parties agree it is appropriate to do so.
