Monitoring Compliance by Subrecipients and Owners. The City shall monitor its Subrecipients and Owners and require them to comply with the applicable requirements of Section 504, the ADA, the Fair Housing Act, and this Agreement in designing, constructing, altering, operating, administering, and financing housing. The City shall take progressive steps to remedy any failure or refusal of the Subrecipient or Owner to comply with the applicable requirements of Section 504, the ADA, the Fair Housing Act, and applicable provisions of this Agreement, and to compel compliance, including by taking the actions as set forth in Paragraph 55.
