Common use of Monitoring Devices/Services Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Devices/Services. If a Monitoring Device is installed on Equipment, Xxxxxxxx hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited sub-license to access any Monitoring Services associated with such Monitoring Device for the sole purpose of operating the Equipment in accordance with the Lease. Xxxxxxxx may terminate the Monitoring Services and the sub-licenses granted pursuant to this Section at any time upon notice to Customer. Customer’s use of information derived from Monitoring Services will be at Customer’s own risk. Customer acknowledges that disruption of Monitoring Services may occur from time to time for routine and emergency maintenance and other reasons beyond Xxxxxxxx’x control.
