Common use of Monitoring Methodology Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Methodology. ‌ Consequent to the progress or completion of the Works, as the case may be, relating to the Project in accordance with the Schedule O [Project Completion Schedule], the Parties hereto lay down the following monitoring methodology for the Concessionaire to comply with throughout the entire duration of the Project: (a) The monitoring should involve the collection and evaluation of data that is objective, relevant and quantifiable; (b) The data collected should provide a clear connection between the data collected and its relevance with the Project Deliverables; (c) The mechanism for self-monitoring; and (d) The monitoring, reporting and corrective measures suggested by the Independent Engineer and actions or manner by the Concessionaire.
