Common use of Monitoring Program Administrator Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Program Administrator. A Monitoring Program Administrator shall be selected by the CVCC and shall be responsible for implementing the Monitoring Program with oversight from the RMOC. The Monitoring Program Administrator’s duties are set forth in Section 6.1.6 of the MSHCP.
