Monitoring & Reporting. a) CP will prepare a monthly stewardship report that will track the performance metrics stated in Section 1 of this Exhibit. In addition, upon reasonable request by either party, the parties will meet on a regular basis to discuss the stewardship report and its associated performance metrics.
