Month-Ahead Notification. Not less than fourteen (14) Days before each Month, GPA shall provide to Project Company good faith estimates of its requirements on a day-by-day basis, for the Net Energy Output and maximum capacity required during that Month and also provisionally for the following Month, but shall not be bound by those figures.
