Common use of Month-to-Month Clause in Contracts

Month-to-Month. The Customer may terminate Service to which it subscribes on a month-to- month basis at any time by notifying GTC as required by Section 6.1. Customer remains liable for payment of all outstanding charges for Service(s) used and CPE equipment purchased prior to termination.
