Common use of Monthly Accounting Reports Clause in Contracts

Monthly Accounting Reports. Accounting reports shall be submitted to the Reinsurer by the Company and by the Reinsurer to the Company, not later than 15 business days after the end of each calendar month. Such reports shall include information on the amount of reinsurance premiums, policy loans and policy loan interest, the commission and expense allowance, claims, and reserves on the contract reinsured for the preceding calendar month.
