Common use of Monthly Activities Report Clause in Contracts

Monthly Activities Report. shall include, but not be limited to, a summary of all activities including attendance at meetings – internal and external, presentations made, partnerships developed (as described above), staff training, and challenges related to the project operations and/or partnerships. Format of report will be provided by the OCDB. SUBRECIPIENT shall submit monthly activities report to the OCDB administrative office by the tenth day of the month following the month being reported on.
