Monthly Agreement. You agree that the term of your Agreement shall be one month as of the start date of the billing cycle for your account, which may be the same date as the installation or a few days later. The Agreement shall renew automatically for periods of one month. You may cancel the Agreement at any time without any penalty and said cancellation shall be effective at the end of the billing cycle in progress at the time of cancelling.
