Common use of Monthly Charges Clause in Contracts

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser Customer shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and Energy delivered to the Delivery Point Point(s) at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (on the “Contract Price”)Cover Page. The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of electric energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy electricity generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy electricity generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meterMeter (as defined in Section 11). Additional costs for items differing from the assumptions in Exhibit 1, Item 4 are Purchaser’s responsibility.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the total $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The total number of monthly payments during the Initial Term is one hundred and eighty (180). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 Section 4 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy Credits generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point Customer Account at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meterMeter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and Purchaser’s Energy delivered to the Delivery Point and related Environmental Attributes at the $/kWh /MWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh /MWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh MWh of energy generated for Purchaser during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

Monthly Charges. Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the attributes of the System and its output purchased and sold hereunder based on the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated delivered to the Delivery Point during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.
