Monthly Contribution in Lieu of Medical Package. Any employee who obtains a waiver of medical insurance pursuant to A(3) above will receive a monthly stipend of $350 from the County. Dental and vision insurance coverage is mandatory, the cost of which is the sole responsibility of the employee.
