Monthly DBE Reporting Requirements. The Subrecipient will provide the Council with monthly reports on all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE) activity on third party agreements, the form and content of which reports will be determined by the Council [see Section 10.12] based on the procurement process established for the Subrecipient in the “Federal Procurement Basics” [see Section 10.12].
