Monthly Energy Payment. For each month, Buyer shall pay Seller for the Product an amount equal to the sum for each hour in the month of the product of the Energy Price times the XXX Factor for the applicable XXX Period times the Delivered Energy in each hour (“Monthly Energy Payment”).
