Monthly Expenditure Reports. Within five (5) business days of the beginning of each month, the Contractor will provide the LAPD with a written report in a format approved by the LAPD, which summarizes the total charges to the LAPD under this Agreement from the effective date of the Agreement to and including the most recent invoice sent to the LAPD. The Contractor’s expenditure report must also include a summary of the total charges to the LAPD broken down by each of the Contractor’s employees.
