Monthly Fees. A. Stop Loss Policy Premium, Administration, Taxes, and Other Fees. No later than one day prior to the first day of each Agreement Month, Plan Sponsor shall pay Company all obligations under the Stop Loss Policy, Plan Sponsor-Specific Administration Attachment, Administrative Services Agreement, and other taxes and fees, as billed by the Company, for Members covered under the Plan during that Agreement Month at the rate outlined below.
