Monthly Gas Nomination. i. Monthly nominations shall be sent by the User to the Operator no later than 3:00 PM local time one week prior to the relevant month to which the monthly gas nomination shall apply (the “Monthly Nomination Notice”). ii. The Operator shall, by 18:00 local time on the following day, by notice to the User confirm such monthly nomination. iii. Monthly nominations shall be for the Operator’s and User’s reference only. iv. Should any significant deviations to the monthly nominations take place, the User shall seek to inform the Operator about such changes as soon as possible without undue delay.
