Monthly Income Statement. 30 days after the end of each fiscal month of the Borrower, beginning with the fiscal month ending July 31, 2024, the consolidated balance sheets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal month and for the portion of the Fiscal Year ended and the related consolidated statement of income of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal month and for the portion of the Fiscal Year then ended, setting forth in each case in comparative form the corresponding figures for the corresponding month of the previous Fiscal Year and the corresponding portion of the previous Fiscal Year (including a calculation to “Consolidated EBITDA” under and as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement (as in effect on the date hereof)), all in reasonable detail.

  • Monthly Investor Report On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will deliver the Monthly Investor Report to each Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date (which delivery may be made by e-mail to the e-mail addresses in the Note Register without need for confirmation of receipt or by making the report available to the Noteholders through the Indenture Trustee’s website, which initially is located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Monthly Financial Statements As soon as available, but no later than thirty (30) days after the last day of each month, a company prepared consolidated balance sheet and income statement covering Borrower’s consolidated operations for such month certified by a Responsible Officer and in a form acceptable to Bank (the “Monthly Financial Statements”);

  • Monthly Statements Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. Your statement also will identify the minimum monthly payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. You agree to retain for statement verification copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transactions on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error in accordance with the section entitled “Your Billing Rights”, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.

  • Payment Date Accounting The Issuer shall render (or cause to be rendered) an accounting (each a “Distribution Report”), determined as of the close of business on each Determination Date preceding a Payment Date, and shall make available such Distribution Report to the Trustee, the Collateral Manager, the Initial Purchaser, the Rating Agency and any Holder shown on the Register, any Shareholder shown on the Share Register and any beneficial owner of a Security who has delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certificate to the Trustee not later than the Business Day preceding the related Payment Date. The Distribution Report shall contain the following information:

  • Non-Accountable Expense Allowance The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 3.8.1, on the Closing Date, it shall pay to the Representative, by deduction from the net proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein, a non-accountable expense allowance equal to one percent (1.0%) of the gross proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the Shares.
