Monthly Minimum Prices. During the Term, we will pay you the Monthly Minimum Prices set out in Item 6 of the Details for Milk supplied to us, based on the Milk Solids of that Milk. If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier, payments to you and the Sharefarmer Supplier will be made in accordance with the Relevant Percentage for each.
Monthly Minimum Prices. During the Term, Bega will pay the Supplier the Monthly Minimum Prices set out in Item 6 of the Details for Fresh Milk supplied to Bega, based on the Milk Solids of that Milk. If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier, payments to the Bega Supplier and the Sharefarmer Supplier will be made in accordance with the Relevant Percentage for each.

During the Term, Tatura will pay the Supplier the Monthly Minimum Prices set out in Item 6 of the Details for Fresh Milk supplied to Tatura, based on the Milk Solids of that Milk. If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier, payments to the Tatura Supplier and the Sharefarmer Supplier will be made in accordance with the Relevant Percentage for each.
