Monthly Operational Reports. Provider will deliver to Customer a statement of all receipts and deliveries of Customer Hydrocarbons to and from the Terminals System and the Provider Tank Cars for each Month during the Term, in the aggregate. Each such statement shall be delivered to Customer at the same time the Invoice for the applicable Month is delivered to Customer pursuant to Section 12.1.
