Monthly Operational Reports. Within fourteen (14) days after the end of each month, the Operating Company shall prepare and deliver to the members of Concessionaire a written report, in a form approved by the Concessionaire which provides a written summary of the Services provided during the preceding month which shall (among other things) include details of:
