Common use of Monthly Progress Payments Clause in Contracts

Monthly Progress Payments. 6.2.1 On or before the date established in the Agreement, Design-Builder shall submit for Owner’s review and approval its Application for Payment requesting payment for all Work performed as of the date of the Application for Payment. The Application for Payment shall be accompanied by all supporting documentation required by the Contract Documents necessary to support such Application for Payment, inclusive of lien releases in form and content reasonably acceptable to Owner and that satisfy all Legal Requirements, and/or documentation established at the meeting required by Section 2.1.4 hereof.
