Monthly Report; SCE Review. Commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and continuing throughout the Term, Seller shall calculate Lost Output and prepare and provide to SCE a Lost Output Report by the tenth (10th) Business Day of each month in accordance with Exhibit L. SCE will have thirty (30) days after receipt of Seller’s monthly Lost Output Report or Supplemental Lost Output Report to review such report. Upon SCE’s request, Seller shall promptly provide to SCE any additional data and supporting documentation necessary for SCE to audit and verify any matters in the Lost Output Report.
