Monthly Shipping Schedule. On or before the 15th day of each calendar month during the Term, Buyer shall notify Seller of the expected schedule of shipments by railcar and by truck to be made during the following calendar month. On or before the 25th day of each month during the Term, the Parties shall mutually determine a delivery schedule for the following month, including whether shipments will be by rail or by truck, and the daily schedule for delivery of the coal.
