Common use of Monza Clause in Contracts

Monza. For Monza Product that is purchased to meet the Minimum Purchase Amount, the unit price for each Monza KGD shall be $0.076 subject to offset by the Credit Amount applicable to each unit. For purposes of clarification, Alien shall only be required to pay for each KGD on Monza wafers. As such, any non-KGD on any Monza wafer may not be used to satisfy any part of the Minimum Purchase Amount.
