Common use of More than one Counterpart Clause in Contracts

More than one Counterpart. This Clause sets out how the Agreement can be executed in counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will constitute an original, but which will together constitute one agreement. This Agreement will not be effective until each party has executed at least one counterpart. The term “counterpart” includes a facsimile or scanned copy of this Agreement.
