Common use of Mortgage Not Rendered Invalid Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Not Rendered Invalid. Except as provided in Section 12.1.2, neither entering into this Agreement nor a Breach of this Agreement, nor any Event of Monetary Default nor any Event of Non-Monetary Default shall defeat, render invalid, diminish, or impair the lien of any Mortgage made in good faith and for value.

Mortgage Not Rendered Invalid.
