Most Favored Nations Clause. Should the Union at any time during the existence of this Agreement grant more favorable conditions to any contractor including, but not limited to, Health & Welfare or Defined Benefit Pension, the Union agrees to grant those same conditions to all contractors signatory to this Agreement.
