Motor Insurance Database. The Supplier shall be able to fulfil all aspects of Motor Insurance Database for Contracting Authority(s). Please refer to paragraph 4.8.

If any such prohibition or restriction takes effect during the Policy period the Policyholder or the Insurers may cancel that part of this Policy which is prohibited or restricted, with immediate effect, by sending written notice to the other at their last known registered address. If the whole or any part of the Policy is cancelled the Insurer shall, if and to the extent that it does not breach any Prohibition, return a proportionate amount of the premium for the unexpired period subject to minimum premium requirements and provided no claims have been paid or are outstanding. N Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Policy and any obligations, whether contractual or non- contractual, arising out of or in respect of it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Other than as stated in Section 9 Dispute Resolution, any dispute arising in respect of this Policy, or any obligations, whether contractual or non-contractual, arising out of or in respect of it, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Motor Insurance Database. When we agree to update the Motor Insurance Database for our commercial clients for whom Insurer’s do not provide this service we do so at the clients own risk. Any penalty or fines for not keeping the Database up to date are the sole responsibility of the client. Any changes to the vehicles or any errors or omissions must be confirmed to us as soon as possible and within 3 working days.

  • Contractor Insurance 6.1 The awarded Vendor shall furnish the Owners with a Certificate of Insurance XXXXX and associated endorsements in the kinds and minimum amounts as detailed in the attached "Insurance Requirements for all Contracts" at time of award.

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Except where Huron Valley Schools has approved a subcontract with other insurance provisions, the Contractor must require any Subcontractor to purchase and maintain the insurance coverage required in Section 3.a, Liability Insurance. The Contractor may include a Subcontractor under the Contractor's insurance on the coverage required in that Section. The failure of a Subcontractor to comply with insurance requirements does not limit the Contractor's liability or responsibility.

  • Network Security and Privacy Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain coverage for network security and privacy liability. The coverage may be endorsed on another form of liability coverage or written on a standalone policy. The insurance must cover claims which may arise from failure of Supplier’s security resulting in, but not limited to, computer attacks, unauthorized access, disclosure of not public data – including but not limited to, confidential or private information, transmission of a computer virus, or denial of service. Minimum limits: $2,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 annual aggregate Failure of Supplier to maintain the required insurance will constitute a material breach entitling Sourcewell to immediately terminate this Contract for default.

  • Cyber Insurance The Contractor shall maintain network risk and cyber liability coverage (including coverage for unauthorized access, failure of security, breach of privacy perils, as well at notification costs and regulatory defense) in an amount of not less than $1,000,000. Such insurance shall be maintained in force at all times during the term of the Contract and for a period of two years thereafter for services completed during the term of the Contract.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Requirements Consultant shall require each of its subcontractors that perform services under this Agreement to maintain insurance coverage that meets all of the requirements of this Section 11.
