Common use of Motorized Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Motorized Vehicles. Parking for the College’s residents is available through UBC Parking. For information about rates, terms, and conditions refer to the Residence Parking section of the Student Housing and Community Services website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx. Parking of motorized vehicles (which includes, but is not limited to, cars, motorcycles, mopeds and scooters) on the University campus is strictly regulated. If you, your spouse or your guest(s) is/are in violation of the University’s parking regulations, the vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense in accordance with those regulations.
