Common use of MOU Public Process Clause in Contracts

MOU Public Process. a. Following the adoption of the 2016 AQMP, South Coast AQMD staff held a series of public working group meetings to solicit comments on implementing Control Measure MOB-04 for commercial airports. Based on input received during the public process, South Coast AQMD staff developed a recommendation for the South Coast AQMD Governing Board for the development of an MOU with the commercial airports. In the event that the MOU approach with the airports was not successful, staff also recommended consideration of a regulatory approach for reducing emissions from commercial airports.
