Common use of Move-in and Move Clause in Contracts

Move-in and Move. Out – at the commencement and conclusion of their work on the project, for travelling time from the employer's shop or agreed point of hire, as the case may be, to a maximum of twelve (12) hours per day. This travel time shall be considered as time worked and overtime rates shall apply where applicable.
