MOVE-IN INSPECTION. The Authority and Tenant or representative shall inspect the dwelling unit prior to occupancy by Tenant. The Authority will give Tenant a written statement of the condition of the dwelling unit, both inside and outside, and note any equipment provided with the unit. The Authority and Tenant shall sign the statement and a copy of the statement will then be retained in Tenant's folder. The Authority at no charge to Tenant will correct any deficiencies noted on the inspection report.
