Movement of Protected Data. All Protected Data must be kept secure. When Protected Data is moved to any of the Vendor’s production systems, security must be maintained. The Vendor will ensure that the Protected Data will at least have the same level of security as it had in the State’s environment, the policies for which are found in the ITSP.
