Protected Data definition

Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

Protected Data means Personal Data received from or on behalf of the Member relating to a Data Subject, or otherwise obtained or created in connection with the performance of the Services or IPSX's obligations or rights under this Agreement;

Protected Data means (a) all User Information that you provide to Stripe; and (b) any Personal Data that Stripe uses when acting as a “Data Processor” (as defined in the Data Processing Agreement) when providing the Services.

Examples of Protected Data in a sentence

• Any Protected Data will be stored on systems maintained by Vendor, or Subcontractor(s) under the direct control of Vendor, in a secure data center facility.

• The exclusive purpose for which Protected Data will be used is [Describe Specific Products/Services Provided by Vendor].

• Vendor has provided or will provide training on the federal and state laws governing confidentiality of Protected Data for any of its officers or employees or assignees, if applicable, who will have access to Protected Data, prior to receiving access.

• Neither Vendor nor any Subcontractors will retain any Protected Data, copies, summaries or extracts of the Protected Data, or any de-identified Protected Data, on any storage medium whatsoever.

• Vendor will not use the Protected Data for any other purposes not explicitly authorized herein or within the Master Agreement.

More Definitions of Protected Data

Protected Data means any data or information that is subject to regulation under Applicable Data Protection Law.

Protected Data means Personal Information and Confidential Data.

Protected Data means (a) Personal Information and (b) any other data the Company is required by Law, Contract or privacy policy to safeguard and/or keep confidential or private, including all such data transmitted to the Company by customers of the Company or Persons that interact with the Company.
