Moves; Termination Fees. If Customer terminates a Service before the expiration of the Service Term due to a change of Customer’s location, then Customer shall pay any applicable Termination Fees (as defined in Section 1.13(c)) in accordance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, and except for construction and equipment costs to deliver a custom-designed and engineered circuit(s) for fiber internet to Customer’s business, Company will waive the Termination Fees if Customer purchases another Service from Company for its new location that is of the same or greater value and subscribes to a new minimum contracted Service Term of at least twelve (12) months.   • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.
