Common use of Moving of Heavy Equipment Clause in Contracts

Moving of Heavy Equipment. Tenant shall not move any safe, heavy equipment or bulky matter in or out of the Building without Landlord's written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the movement of such items requires special handling, Tenant agrees to employ only persons holding a Master Rigger's License to do said work and all such work shall be done in full compliance with the Administrative Code of the City of New York and other municipal requirements. All such movements shall be made during hours which will least interfere with the normal operations of the Building, and all damage caused by such movement shall be promptly repaired by Tenant at Tenant's expense.
