Common use of Moving up the School Clause in Contracts

Moving up the School. There is no automatic transfer between divisions; the School is an academically selective school for ages 1-18 and there are expectations of good conduct which must also be met. Entry to the Pre-Prep Division, Preparatory Division, Girls' & Boys' Divisions and Sixth Form is subject to the entry criteria detailed in the Admissions Policy. It is assumed that if the Student is in the School and satisfies the relevant behavioural and academic criteria at the time they will progress through to the next division. Parents will be consulted, as per the timescales in the Admissions Policy, if there appears to be any reason why the Student may be refused a place in the next division of the School.
