MPO DUTIES. 2.1.1 The MPO, or its designee, shall sponsor the Interagency Consultation Conformity Determination Meetings and prepare meeting agendas and meeting materials required for fulfillment of consultation procedures outlined in this Agreement. Any adjacent MPO will be invited to this meeting for purposes of coordination and consultation.
