MS OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 MS shall create and maintain the Co-Branded Pages of Expedia as set forth in Exhibit 1 for use by Users linking directly to Expedia from COMPANY Web Link Pages. MS may use COMPANY’s logo and/or logo link described in Exhibit 1 in accordance with any COMPANY logo guidelines that may be set forth in Exhibit 1 or any other replacement guidelines that COMPANY may provide to MS in writing from time-to-time during the term of this Agreement. COMPANY’s logo link on the Co-Branded Pages shall link directly back to COMPANY Web Link Pages.
