Participation Requirements The Recipient must work with Canada and AMO when asked to collaborate on communications activities – including, but not limited to, Eligible Project success stories (including positive impacts on housing), Eligible Project vignettes, and Eligible Project start-to-finish features.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS I understand that in order to graduate from the program and to receive a certificate of completion, diploma or degree I must successfully complete the required number of scheduled clock hours as specified in the catalog and on the Enrollment Agreement, pass all written and practical examinations with a minimum score of 80%, and complete all required clinical hours and satisfy all financial obligations to the College.
Notification Requirement Through and up to the conclusion of the Non-Competition Period, Executive shall give notice to the Company of each new business activity he plans to undertake, at least seven (7) days prior to beginning any such activity. Such notice shall state the name and address of the Person for whom such activity is undertaken and the nature of Executive’s business relationship(s) and position(s) with such Person.
Information Requirement The successful bidder's shall be required to advise the Office of Management and Budget, Government Support Services of the gross amount of purchases made as a result of the contract.
Distribution Requirements Arts 3 A course in history, philosophy, theory, or practice of the creative and interpretive arts.
SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND DVBE PARTICIPATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS a. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve small business participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) report to the awarding department the actual percentage of small business participation that was achieved. (Govt. Code § 14841.)
b. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) certify in a report to the awarding department: (1) the total amount the prime Contractor received under the Contract; (2) the name and address of the DVBE(s) that participated in the performance of the Contract; (3) the amount each DVBE received from the prime Contractor; (4) that all payments under the Contract have been made to the DVBE; and (5) the actual percentage of DVBE participation that was achieved. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation. (Mil. & Vets. Code § 999.5(d); Govt. Code § 14841.)
Application Requirements This application shall contain, as a minimum, a sketch showing the location of proposed facilities; a description, sketch, manufacturer’s brochure, etc. of the proposed facilities; and a description of the operation proposed. Notification Requirements 1. If the Family Leave is foreseeable, the employee must provide the agency/department with thirty (30) calendar days notice of his or her intent to take Family Leave.
2. If the event necessitating the Family Leave becomes known to the employee less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the employee's need for Family Leave, the employee must provide as much notice as possible. In no case shall the employee provide notice later than five (5) calendar days after he or she learns of the need for Family Leave.
3. For foreseeable leave due to a qualifying exigency, an employee must provide notice of the need for leave as soon as practicable, regardless of how far in advance such leave is foreseeable.
4. When the Family Leave is for the purpose of the scheduled medical treatment or planned medical care of a child, parent, spouse or registered domestic partner, the employee shall, to the extent practicable, schedule treatment and/or care in a way that minimizes disruption to agency/department operations.
Publication Requirements Those seeking to include renderings of more than 10 images from the UND Biometrics Database in reports, papers, and other documents to be published or released must first obtain approval in writing from the UND Principal Investigator. In no case should the face images be used in a way that could cause the original subject embarrassment or mental anguish.
Nondiscrimination Requirement During the term of this Contract, Contractor, including any subcontractor, shall not discriminate on the bases enumerated at RCW 49.60.530(3). In addition, Contractor, including any subcontractor, shall give written notice of this nondiscrimination requirement to any labor organizations with which Contractor, or subcontractor, has a collective bargaining or other agreement.
