MTA Direct Payments. Where the MTA elects to designate an MTA CapEx Payment as an “MTA Direct Payment,” such MTA Direct Payment shall reduce the CapEx Recapture Balance and Recapture Balance Interest on a dollar-for-dollar basis, in accordance with the priority set out in Section 10.2.2 (Application of Incremental Gross Revenues) and immediately upon receipt by the Concessionaire of such MTA Direct Payment.
