MULTI-CHANNEL ASPECTS. 7.1 The Parties shall meet, fortnightly or whenever necessary, to align on a continuous basis the multi-channel strategy between the E-Commerce of the Brands and the physical stores of the same Brand, preparing a schedule for implementation of joint initiatives and the recovery of additional costs incurred by the Parties, as applicable.
