The County agrees to use its best commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Land to be included in a duly authorized Multi-County Park created pursuant to a qualified Multi-County Park Agreement, which agreement (as extended, or any successor Multi-County Park Agreement) shall terminate no earlier than the termination date of this Agreement.
