Common use of Multi-Tenant Floor Clause in Contracts

Multi-Tenant Floor. As to each floor of the Building on which space is leased to more than one tenant, Rentable Area attributable to each such premises shall be the total of (i) the entire area included within the premises covered by such lease, being the area bounded by the centerline of any exterior walls, the exterior of all walls separating such premises from any public corridors or other public areas on such floor, and the centerline of all walls separating such premises from other areas leased or to be leased to other tenants on such floors, (ii) a pro rata portion of the area within the elevator lobbies, corridors, restrooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, telephone closets and their enclosing walls situated on such floor and (iii) the rentable square footage in Section 2.23 (c).
