Multiple Agency Sample Clauses
Multiple Agency. The liability to pay commission plus VAT shall be in effect during the Term and thereafter, regard- less of the number of other agents instructed by the Client and their terms and conditions of agency. The rate of commission plus VAT will be as set out in the RIDF.
Multiple Agency. Unless you have our written consent, you agree not to appoint any other estate agent for the duration of our sole agency agreement. Multiple Agency. For the purposes of this contract, multiple agency means that the Seller can instruct several estate agents to act on a multiple agency basis. Only the successful agent who introduces the Buyer or has negotiations with the Buyer will be entitled to commission fees. Either party can terminate a multiple agency at any time by either party by giving 5 days notice in writing.

The Multiple Agency can be terminated at the end of the Initial Period by giving us two weeks’ prior written notice. Multiple Agency. A multiple agency means that eXp is granted the right to market and sell the Property, but you are free to appoint other estate agents who may also market and sell the Property. In addition, you will be deemed to have appointed us on a multiple agency basis if you have requested that more than one eXp Agent is to provide any of the services contracted to be provided by eXp in connection with the marketing and sale of the Property. You will be liable to pay Commission to us, in addition to any costs or charges agreed to be paid as set out in the Particulars, if at any time unconditional contracts for the sale of the Property are exchanged with a buyer introduced by us during the period of our agency or with a buyer with whom we had negotiations about the Property during the period of our agency. Our agency will continue until the Property is sold (although we will cease to market the Property once contracts are exchanged for the sale of the Property) or 7 days after a written notice terminating our agency is given by either party to the other in writing. You will be liable to pay the agreed Commission to us in addition to any other costs or charges agreed if, at any time during the period of this Agreement or within 6 months of termination by you of this Agreement, another estate agent is instructed and unconditional contracts for the sale of the Property are exchanged with a buyer who was introduced by us during the period of our multiple agency or with a buyer with whom we had negotiations about the Property during that period.
