Multiple Agency. The liability to pay commission plus VAT shall be in effect during the Term and thereafter, regard- less of the number of other agents instructed by the Client and their terms and conditions of agency. The rate of commission plus VAT will be as set out in the RIDF.
Multiple Agency. By appointing us, you agree that we shall act on a multiple agency (“Multiple Agency”) basis to market the Property for a period of 4 weeks (“the Initial Period”). The Multiple Agency can be terminated at the end of the Initial Period by giving us two weeks’ prior written notice. If not terminated the Multiple Agency will continue until written instructions are received. You must tick the relevant box in the Confirmation of Instruction.
Multiple Agency. Unless you have our written consent, you agree not to appoint any other estate agent during the period of our agency agreement. Multiple Agency. The Client will be liable to pay remuneration to BF in addition to any other costs or charges agreed if at any time unconditional contracts for the sale of the Property are exchanged with a purchaser introduced by BF during that period of BF's multiple agency or with whom BF had negotiations / contact about the Property during that period.

Multiple Agency. Liability to Pay Commission Where the Agent acts on the Client’s behalf as multiple agent, the Client may appoint other agents to market the Property. The Client will be liable to pay commission to the Agent, in addition to any other costs or charges agreed, if at any time unconditional contracts for the sale of the Property are exchanged with a purchaser introduced by the Agent or with whom the Agent had negotiations about the Property during his Agency period.
Multiple Agency. 3.1) If this agreement is on a multiple agency basis or it becomes a multiple agency agreement following the conclusion of an Nest in Essex Agreement the seller may from the commencement of the multiple agency appoint another estate agent or agents in addition to Nest in Essex.
3.2) The multiple agency period shall continue until terminated by either the seller or the agent giving the other party 2 days’ written notice expiring on or after the last day of the agency agreement, in which case it shall minute on the last day of the notice period (midnight on this day).
3.3) The seller will be liable to pay the commission fee to the agent, in addition to any other costs or charges agreed if at any time unconditional contracts are exchanged with the buyer in produced by Nestin Essex or with whom Nest in Essex has had negotiations about the property during the multiple agency period. However the seller will not be liable to pay the commission fee in any of the following circumstances.
3.3.1) If the unconditional contracts for the sale of the property are exchanged six months after the expiry of the agents multiple a get my period.

3.3.3) Twelve months after the expiry of the contract in all other circumstances.
3.4) Should the required notice not be given then the Nest in Essex standard multiple agency rates of 1.5% will automatically come into force and be payable on completion.
