Multiple Attendees. Citizens expects there will be only two attendees at trial and one attendee at all other hearings, court appearances, meetings, depositions, witness interviews, inspections, and other pre-trial events. Advanced approval from the Citizens Legal Management Team is required for any additional attendees based on demonstrated need.‌

Citizens expects there will be only one attendee at all other hearings, court appearances, meetings, depositions, witness interviews, inspections, and other pre- trial events.   • Multiple Residents ‌ Each resident of an Apartment is jointly and severally liable with the other residents of the Apartment for all lease obligations relating to Common Areas and utilities; however, only you are liable for the lease obligations relating to your bedspace and the payment of your Rental Installments. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.   • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.
