Multiple Positions Under this rule:
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites. MLS rules generally provide that any property entered into its database be updated within forty-eight (48) hours, or some other period of time, after all necessary signatures have been obtained in regard to the Property. Seller has the right to prohibit any and all publication of information in regard to a transfer of the Property. In order to exercise this right, the Seller is required to authorize a separate addendum provided by the Agency and attach to this Agreement.
Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.
Multiplexing Hardware or software you use to • pool connections, • reroute information, or • reduce the number of devices or users that directly access or use the software (sometimes referred to as “multiplexing” or “pooling”), does not reduce the number of licenses of any type that you need.
Multiple Residents Each resident of an Apartment is jointly and severally liable with the other residents of the Apartment for all lease obligations relating to Common Areas and utilities; however, only you are liable for the lease obligations relating to your bedspace and the payment of your Rental Installments. You are not liable for any of your fellow residents’ obligations as to their bedspace and their rental installments payable to us.

Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.
Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:
Fixed Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt-hour rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Fixed price products may change due to new or modified federal, state or local laws; or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees. 2b. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt-hour rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. If applicable, the Monthly Base Charge may also fluctuate outside of any applicable promotion. After the first month, the price may vary based on a number of factors, including market supply prices, energy capacity prices, settlement costs and other market- related factors, as determined at our discretion, plus estimated total state taxes, fees, charges or other assessments, along with our costs, expenses and profit margins. There is no limit on how much the price may change from one billing cycle to the next. The price can change each billing period. The Customer will not know the price until receiving the bill. A customer may obtain the previous 24 months’ average monthly billed price for the customer’s rate class and service territory at 1.800.746.4702 and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Multiple Vendor Awards TIPS reserves the right to award multiple vendor contracts for categories when deemed in the best interest of the TIPS membership. Bidders scoring 80% or above will be considered for an award. Categories are established at the discretion of TIPS. State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, the bidder hereby certifies that he/she is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed the State of Texas under Chapter 171, Tax Code.
