Multiple Completion Times. Cooperate fully if Owner decides to “Fast Track” and establish “Multiple Completion Times”. If the Owner elects these approaches, Contractor shall organize and perform its services to be most appropriate and efficient for each stage of Project development. In these circumstances, each stage of the Project may have a unique schedule for completion and a separate specific cost as agreed to in writing by the Contractor and Owner.
